Statistics show that: in July 2007, the world''s 40 major production of pig iron produced KMT-iron 80,210,000 tons more than in May''s increase of 78,740,000 tons of 1,470,000 tons, in July year-on-year growth of 8%, of which China produced 39,672,300 tons, Year-on-year growth of 13.2 percent. July daily average output of 2,587,400 tons more than in June of 2,624,700 tons have dropped slightly. In 2007 the cumulative January-July, have iron 40 KMT-CPC 540,500,000 tons, compared with the same period last year, an increase of 9% (1-7 month of 2006, the world blast furnace pig iron output was 495,700,000 tons). China''s January-July production of pig iron a total of 266,600,000 tons, compared to the same period last year growth of 16.5 percent. From this it is clear that China still is the world''s major producers of pig iron, pig iron output growth rate was significantly higher than the growth rate of global production.
